Leatherhead Matters

So how do you greet a friend or, aquaintance? Is it just a friendly “Hi/Hello”?

A formal but, distant shake of the hands?

Perhaps it’s the bear hug?

Or a “princess” kiss (girly but, distant)

Maybe a kiss on the cheek(s)? Or even an air kiss (same motion but no actual touching). How many times do you kiss? Is it once, twice, or more

Bewildered? So am I. The etiquette of greeting is now a social minefield.
